There’s no doubt that privacy is huge component and issue when dealing with your online brand presence, whether it be through your website or through social media. New Rockwell stands with you in your privacy concerns, and we follow some pretty strict guidelines to insure your reputation and your trust. So, we present… a privacy policy.
In order to communicate with your business, we collect email addresses for points of contact with your business. We also collect access information to carry out our Search Engine Optimization and content creation/posting services on your websites. You do, of course, want to know what’s going on and to have control as we work on your behalf. We also collect information on the pages your website’s visitors navigate to and also information that your users may volunteer though surveys and sign-ups. We use these sources of information to improve the results of our services, and we don’t at any time share this gathered information with anybody else unless you’ve directed us to do so. Only your permission and/or obeying the law will get us to release your personal and business information. By law, we are required to share information with government agencies in order to prevent, investigate, or act upon illegal activities, potential threats, possible fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Collected Information & Uses
When you and your business are getting started with New Rockwell Digital Brand Services, we’ll betaking basic information like: your name or that of our primary contact, the company’s name, contact information (phone, email, fax, etc.), billing address, site registrations, and payment methods (credit card information). If you use other services (third party) to gather information and you would like us to have access to those sources, we take that information, too. We won’t ever venture out of our specified role, so New Rockwell will not get into the email accounts of our clients.
Here’s what we do with your information: we use it to accomplish the services you’ve hired us for (social media management, SEO, website creation, and/or content creation), billing, identification, authentication, the betterment of our services, contact, and research. Some collected information is used by New Rockwell in an aggregated and anonymous fashion in order to provide products and services.
